I Don't Know How To Tell You This by tohyble(m): 3:58pm On May 11, 2022
Honestly

I don't know how.

Because anytime I remember about it, it always makes me so ashamed.

I always beat myself up anytime I remember about it.

How stupid of me to do such a thing.

Even my friends that pushed me into doing it ran away while I was doing it.

What a world!

He left me with my behavior after pushing me into it.

And maybe one of these days, I am going to tell you everything that happened that day.

And how it affected my life up till date.

But before then,

Please what exactly is wrong with these so-called politicians sef?

Cos I don't understand exactly what they are trying to do.

And I don't know if this is only happening in Kwara or not.

But it makes me laugh anytime I see them doing it.

Or is it not funny ...

Seeing posters of people you have never heard anything about running for the governor's seat?

Like I have never heard of anything about this person before.

Yet they come out in masses only during the election period.

They think we are stupid?

Lmao.

Anyways, they are just pouring water over a dead dream.

Because we know the parties that run Nigeria unless we want to shift our eyes from it.

It's either APC or PDP.

So can you tell them to please sit their ass somewhere...

or try and do something to wet the ground and gain people's trust fess?

You can't?

Lmao

Same here.

So I guess we will just be looking as the situation unfolds.

Meanwhile, talking about trust

This is something you want to achieve in your copy too.

It's a necessity.

No one will buy what you are selling if they can't trust you.

And how do you make them trust you?

You go to their house and tell them to trust you nau

lmao.

But for real, one of the ways you can make your prospects trust you is to give them massive value...

That they will feel they cheated you if they don't later buy from you.

Give them so much value in your sales letter and they will easily give you their money.

Why?

C'mon.

They now trust you buddy and you just got a lover!

Congratulations.

That's a necessity you must have in your copy.

Another necessity?

Strong Closing.

For context: Closing is when you ask for the money in your copy.

It's where the meat of the matter is.

Because if you don't ask for their money, they won't give you and you won't make shishi.

Which is why you should have a strong one in your copy.

But one mistake many Copywriters make these days?

They sound so desperate during the close.

They sound like someone that hasn't eaten for the past 72 hours.

And people don't like dealing with desperate people.

They can easily smell it from afar...

And once they do, they run away with Gear 4.

You don't want?

Yeah?

Then don't sound desperate.

Rather you should give them full control to choose what's best for them.

Whether to go register or buy what you selling...

Or continue living their lives the way it is.

Totally in their control.

You are not pushing them to do anything.

Get that?

There are different ways you can close your copy but in all, never sound desperate.

Or else, all your effort from the beginning of the copy will go down the drain right in front of you

It's that powerful.

Do it right and go home with the $$$.

Or do it wrong and your prospect goes home with the $$$.

Simple as ABC.

What's more?
Guarantee.

Look to your right and left, Friend.

The world is full of ads trying to sell what you sell too...

With each one of them making promises here and there.

Which means your prospects have heard enough.

He has been promised things without getting them.

And you are likely going to be making promises in your copy too.

Which might raise his guard and see you like others who promise without delivering.

To solve this, you offer him a guarantee.

But contrary to what you already know, there are different types of guarantee

We have:

Money-Back Guarantee
Value Guarantee
Product Exchange Guarantee
And from their name, you should get it.

Money-back guarantee?

"If this doesn't work for you within the next 60 days, message me and I will refund you back every naira of your money"

Note: The longer the number of days you give them that they can get their money back, the more it converts them

Because it makes them think they have more time to think about it and use your product. it's simply psychology

Value back guarantee?

"If this copy doesn't convert and bring us the numbers we want in the next 30 days, I will write you 5 email sequences you can use so we can hit that number"

Get that too?

Product Exchange Guarantee?

"If you order this today and you noticed it doesn't suit what you want to use it for when you get home

Bring back the package to get a suitable product of the same value"

Something around that sha

You get them?

Good.

Next thing you must have in your copy is your CTA Button

This is one of the things that separate copy from content you know?

Call to action button (CTA)

And it's nothing serious

Just you giving your prospect what to do to get what you are selling.

Example?

Join the Mastermind here
Order your pizza here
Gotten?

Good.

I can decide to leave you like this...

And end the 7-day class here.

But that will make you a half-baked Copywriter (lol)

Because what will people buy when you don't have your "offer" in your copy?

Intentionally left it to this place for personal reasons.

And no matter how good other components of your copy is,

if your offer sucks...

Trust me, you just wasted your effort.

Why?

Because people buy offers...not products.

And shockingly, your product is also part of your offer.

It's everything your prospects are getting when they finally pay you.

The product itself
The bonuses (if any)
The discount
How they will get it
When they will get it
etc

And I don't know if you have heard about this before:

But a very poor offer can't save an excellent copy

While an average copy can save an excellent offer.

All of which means your offer must be so good that your prospects think you are insane for giving them such an offer.

Make it so irresistible that they must buy what you sell.

And it's not about stacking up irrelevant bonuses pls.

Offer is more than that.

Your offer must be solving problems keeping your prospects from sleeping at night.

An example?

Let's say you sell a Forex course

Your offer can be something around

The Forex Layman Guide
Forex Signal Community Subscription
Crypto Trading Cheat book
3 months of mentorship
Best Student in the first month gets $500 in Trading Money
Blah Blah Blah
Do you get it?

Good.

And if you are happy too, I would love to hear about how happy you are

And what you have learned from this class.

Stay consistent

Toyyib

P.S:

So I got some questions about implementation and practicing

Can't remember most of the questions but the big idea of most of them is:

How they can implement what they have learned with probably a product.

And that's not an issue.

Just go to www.amazon.com

Pick one or two products in different niches.

Let's say health niche, you can pick a diabetes product.

Person development niche? You can pick a product.

Or any niche at all.

just pick something and use all you have learned to write something about it.

When you are done, put them up in a Google Doc and send them.

And maybe, I will be able to make some corrections about it (not 100% promising you that though).

Once you have all these in place, you can now start reaching out to clients on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to work for them.

But please and please, don't just reach out to clients without getting good first.

No one will hire you like that.

Get good first and then reach out to them with what you have written.

Got that?

Good luck.

Rooting for you, Friend.

Obviously, you have to start somewhere. And as you said, the Amazon site is great for those who are just starting their business. You need to learn everything from a to z guarantee and then move on. Such a guarantee protects customers and makes it very easy for customers to get a refund if there are any problems with their order.
