(I hope they are not Nigerians and other Most likely African nationals that fled Ukraine after the invasion)

The Ukrainians have been given unlimited access to nice countries like Canada.

If they indeed send the undocumented ones to Rwanda, hopefully, Canada may charter a plane to go pick them up since, Canada is waiving most visa requirements for them.

Rwanda government are very stupid to signed that useless agreement with UK government, why would you allow illegal immigrants to be bought in from UK.
