A business advisory firm seeks to employ the services of business analysts.

Roles
- Basic knowledge of best practice business processes.
- Knowledge of business process documentation and user requirement specification documentation.
- Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for projects, and translating these into functional specifications.
- Analyzes and defines processes (data, goals, process, and organization) of the business both “To Be” and “As Is.”
- Evaluating information harvested through surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description
- Manage workflow to ensure highest impact work is prioritised
- Timely and high quality deliverables
- Action oriented recommendations


Attributes
- Having strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer
- Being able to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to deliver on projects
- Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle
- Results orientated and has a broad skill set.
- A minimum of a Second Class Lower Grade in Accounting, Business Administration or any other related course.
