Nigeria army can't beat Boko Haram finally because there are too many people in the 12 northern Sharia states who share the same objective with Boko Haram for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal justice system adopted by the political and religious leaders in the 12 northern Sharia states.

Only solution to end Boko Haram with its offshoots, the bandits, is split Nigeria into more manageable countries.
