I noticed rashes/reaction around my lap area and scrotum a few weeks back. it causes the skin around there to peel and Looks like eczema or something. Doesn't itch too

PS: I don't think it's a STI or STD as i have not had sex since like October or September last year. I think it started when i started using these tight boxers. I previously used free boxers.

Please what can i use for it? I am usually very busy, I don't know if it's something i should visit the hospital for or use something like skineal and the likes/visit a pharmacy.

It's called jock itch. It's not an STD and it happens to a lot of people. It's mainly a type of eczema and it grows with heat.

Avoid tight boxers, change underwear as often as possible and wash them well, use Ytacan or any other antifungal cream on affected area, bathe as frequently as possible. U can also take fulcin tablets. Good luck
