"Have you told yourself you're strong despite all you're going through? On Monday, I'd a mini-session with a psychiatrist. She asked what I'd tell someone in my shoes after I'd spoken. I went blank. It was hard imagining someone in my shoes. She told me to be gracious to myself the way I'd be to another. My close friends know how much I can be gracious to others fighting storms of life but I'd not been doing that to myself. There's more to this story." Happy reading.
