My frd travel to uk abt 2month ago, he snt 2 me last week dat, his visa remain jos 3week 2 due, He wantd 2 renew it without coming bck to Nigeria. MY Qus is: it's posibu 2 renew in Uk? And if it's posibu hw wuld he proces it. PLS IS VERY ulgent.

He has to return to Nigeria to renew it. He can't do that in the UK for visiting visa.

It will never work, he need to come bk to Nigeria and apply in person. How will u apply on his behalf while he is still in the UK? He will send his passport to u by post? He is working towards 10yrs ban.

Infact, i realy aprcite 4 wat u did, He only avraid of visa deniel, uk may nt isue him visa agan, Thx u once agan sir.

If the person has not overstayed his visa.
Or the time alloted to him on entry to Uk.
And has not committed a crime or been caught working.
Then by returning to Nigeria he will prove that he does not have bad intentions.
What type of visa is he on?
Visitor, buisiness or school?

Are you saying that he has a
Three month visa.
That was issued to someone else.
8 months back.

If that's what you mean then very bad wahalla for him.

I think your friend needs to return to Nigeria to re-apply and be leagal.
The person who has overstayed to 8 months is illegal.
The UKBA will catch him one day and then ten year ban and deported.
Your friend must decide
Return home and renew papers
OR
Go illegal and risk Police, UKBA, ban and deported.
Remember that boarder agencies are sharing information on illegals.
Ban in one country risks ban to everywhere!

Its not difficult to renew it, he doesn't need any the agent, just download the form complete it and apply

Don't bother yourself @poster, even if it's you that needs advice, I'll give it. These are grounds you could only renew or extend your visitors visa in the UK.

1). If your friend was given a 3 months visitors visa on entering the UK, he could apply for an extension upto six months but 12 months in total. I.e if he was given a 3 months visa he could only apply for an additional 3 months extension or maximum 9 months extension if he was accompanying an academic visitor.

2) You must be in the UK when applying and still have a valid visa, i.e four weeks before your visa expired

3) You must include original documents you used when you first applied or provide photocopies certified from the body or authority that issued them

4) You must use form FLR (O) when applying.

As this apply to your friend, let him apply fast following the above guidance
