You can only fine this kind of arrangement in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. Federal Road Safety Officers don see sumtin taya for that Aba.

Drivers/Riders in that Commercial City of Aba can even tie a matured elephant @the back seat of a bicycle, then rides on top speed without obeying traffic rules as long as he gets to his destination.

There's no big deal in this!
The vehicle being carried is a skeletal scrap without engine, tyres and seats. This means it is light weighted and thus even a wheelbarrow can ferry it.

. . . but seriously you can't try this in Calabar or even Uyo where I have reside in the past, things are done orderly there. Fear of going beyond the city gate will even make you have a 2nd thought. Probably because its not commercial cities. No much crazy/insane driving of such there.

They can only tolerate overload of foodstuffs or FMCGs, but not this kind of thing that poses danger on fellow motorists or pedestrians.

The rascalities that is going on in this country is so heart breaking. Every one going on with life like mad people. That was how a driver insisted on carrying 3 passengers including himself making 4 people in the front seats of a golf car, with another 4 people behind. In a trip from kaduna to sokoto.
