To clear the face of pimples and blemish one must always clean it constantly.
One method that has truly worked for me over the years is that of having a Clean Handkerchief to
Always clean the face with.

Lets start with the basics whenever we bathe in the morning or at night we usually have a Towel
that we use to clean our body including our face
which is problematic because sooner or later we transfer germs on our body to our face.

Secondly during the day your face is exposed to a lot of dirt, because it is one of the few body parts that remains uncovered.

As your face absorbs dirt it mixes with the oil on your skin and can produce what you may call pimples(there are many other causes of pimples and this is one of them).

In order to counter this,the face has to be cleaned regularly.

• Get a New Handkerchief, Preferably white in
colour. You can either use a light or thick handkerchief, but thick handkerchief works better.

• When you bathe in the morning or at night,
Instead of using your towel to clean your face you use the Handkerchief.

• You have seperate handkerchiefs one you use at home and one you use when you are outside or at work.

• Whenever you have the chance you take a little water(I use pure water), you wash your face with the water and use the handkerchief to clean your face. Do this as many times as possible in a day.

•If you won't mind taking the extra effort you can
Use soap and water to wash your face and clean it with a Handkerchief.

• One of the reasons i recommend using a white handkerchief is so that you can see the handkerchief absorb the dirt on your face as the hankerchief changes its colour. This is the very first proof that the method works.

• It is very important to wash the Handkerchiefs as
Many times as possible. Especially with bleach.
