How far is the estate from the Lagos Ibadan Expressway?
It would be nice if we could see a plan of the estate showing its position relative to MFM.





Old 7-Up Toll gate --> Magboro Junction (Beside MFM Church Camp): 8 minutes;

Magboro Junction --> Platinum Park Estate: 10 minutes (this timing was due to rough terrain untarred road between the two points).
