Ahmed Idris, the Accountant General of the Federation, has been suspended indefinitely.

Idris was suspended by the Minister of Finance, budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, on Wednesday.

His suspension followed his indictment for fraud worth N80 billion by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

EFCC’s spokesman, Wilson Uwajaren, had confirmed Idris’s arrest on Monday.

He was arrested after he failed to honour invitations by the EFCC.

The anti-graft agency stated that Idris allegedly diverted funds and laundered N80billion.

Who should do that? The President or minister of finance? Even that minister of finance cannot exonerate herself and including minister of humanitarian and disaster. All rogues. They have finished the country. Nigeria is an empty box. To think these monies were borrowed from China and Ithers only to end up being looted by opportunists. Hmmm.

Lolzzzzz... So they want us to believe that in a country where there is an Auditor General, an Accountant General stole 80billion and they are not aware All of them are aware and involved. I'm sure he's being made a scapegoat becos sharing formula went bad.
