Simon ekpa is a Finnish citizen, and there's no agreement with the Finnish govt to repatriate citizens with Nigerians govt, and the Nigerian govt has not formally applied for any repatriation based on terrorism counts for ekpa, even if nigeria does there's little possibility that Finland would repatriate its citizens
