According to releases by the UK's Defence Ministry saying the Russian government fired top commanders for poor performance in Ukraine. According to the report, Russia has arrested and fired Lt. Gen. Sergei Kisel, commander of the Russian Army's 1st Guards Tank Army for losing the Battle of Kharkiv and failing to capture the city.
