Hello All, Just need to find out something. Im married to a british citizen.im on a spouse visa.the residence card was issued in my maiden name.I have just recently renewed my passport and my married name is on my new e passport. Were going on holiday.can i use my residence card (with my maiden name) with my passport(with has my married name).planning on taking my marriage certificate with me. All responses will be appreciated. |

As long as you have you marriage certificate with you, there won't be any issues. |
