4) After clicking on the "verification" tab, and you see “fingerprint captured” ✓ under the Biometrics screening message "Congrats on passing the screening phase. We just want to verify some of your details and you will be good to go. If you feel you missed out on any important detail during the application phase, kindly send an email to our support team via support.npower@nasims.gov.ng", it simply means that you have passed the biometrics.





5) On the contrary, if you see "Capture Your Fingerprint" after clicking the "verification" tab, immediately under the Biometrics screening message; "Congrats on passing the screening phase. We just want to verify some of your details and you will be good to go. If you feel you missed out on any important detail during the application phase, kindly send an email to our support team via support.npower@nasims.gov.ng", it simply means that either you are yet to complete your biometrics or you did not pass the biometrics, once you see this displayed, quickly visit the nearest cyber cafe and complete your biometrics, and login again to check if the "fingerprint captured"✓ icon appears.



6) Once the verification tab displays "fingerprint captured ✓" please do not repeat the biometrics, all you need to do is to wait for the next screening phase which is the Npower Batch C stream 2 physical verification.

7) Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers without smart phone can dial *45665# NASIMS ussd code and select 7 after following the prompts to check their biometrics status, if passed, the Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer will be told that the biometrics is completed, but if the Biometrics have not been completed the Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer will be notified that the biometrics is not complete.



The Npower Batch C stream 2 physical verification is the next stage after biometrics and it also needs to be passed in order to progress to the final stage which is the deployment stage.
