A friend is currently in Asaba and wishes to take a trip to Calabar. Anyone with suggestions of transport companies that run that route and where they are located. If the journey needs to be broken please give suggestions on the best hops. Hopping by air is not in his plans as this means either a hop into Lagos or Abuja before a connection flight to calabar. Thank you in anticipation. |

He should go to an ABC transport terminal in asaba and book a ticket for calabar via owerri...meaning he would book a ticket for owerri and when he gets there he would be transferred to a waiting bus for calabar... Note: the latest bus he will get to calabar is 10 am anything after that is impossible cos the route is rough..he can book a 7 am bus from asaba to owerri at ABC in other to make it on time |

Shaiyz95: Thank you so much. I have passed fgos to him. He also shared what suggestions he got from other persons. That he should get a vehicle to Umuahia and then take another to Calabar from Umahia. Do not know how plausible that is though. Open to other suggestions too. |

So an update. My friend just called and says he was advised at the hotel he stayed to go early to Onitsha and move from there. He also confirmed now that he got a direct bus from Ontisha going to Calabar for 6k. A sienna too. He is elated. The name of the transport company is Onitsha South. Thank you for all that contributed. |
