RIP Sir. He was a good man. I was a witness to his hospitality during my visit to the NPF Louis Edet house Abuja in 2012. He was ACP commissioner for budget then.

That skew and lack of diversity is NOT NEW in Nigeria...same across the military formations, para-military, federal parastatals, political appointments etc....
