If you don't have what it takes to survive a nuclear world war or a conventional world war you need to prepare yourself. When martial law or emergency rule takes over the availability of food, water and electricity will determine who lives or who dies and not necessarily who has money and who does not. Persons who live on farms and have tailored their lifestyle to survive in rural settings will have a better fighting chance than city dwellers who can easily be cut off from food supply. Prepare for the worst, people! Hope for the best.
