Bosses. Please, how do one become a party delegate? If I join any party today, am I automatically a delegates or there are still steps to become one.

So, all those delegates that were met by presidential aspirant are all registered party members

First, they are all registered members with membership card, secondly, they where not just members. They are stakeholders. I.e they occupy a post perceived to be in a position to impact people choice or action . Example of such position may include general youth leader, zonal women leader, etc. They can directly talk and convince a set of people whom are loyal to them at their different levels to vote for an individual. They are more like micro or grassroot influencers.
