It can't, some people will say they can and request for money, I learnt the hard way about 2 years ago. |

OneKinGuy: Two years ago? I'm sure a lot has happened since then. The software world is steadily advancing. @OP, I'll advise you to do it yourself. Check out DC unlocker software. I used to use it (the cracked version) back in the days but I haven't used it recently. Dunno if it still works. |
