Location :Lagos Job Title: Portfolio Manager Portfolio Manager We are in need of a proficient portfolio manager who will provide relationship management support for assigned portfolio of clients (and prospects)with the primary goal of generating a sufficient return on investment. Assist and support in structuring and facilitating credit and non-credit product delivery. Establish strong credibility with internal and external stakeholders (clients, colleagues, credit, and servicing) based on sound judgment and accurate and timely information sharing. Develop and manage sustainable investment allocations Regular checks with clients with respect to market conditions, economic trends and updated investment allocation. Proactively manage the portfolio to both maximize profitability and ensure strong asset quality. Serve as the trusted advisor to the clients and prospects. Requirement Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data. Impeccable understanding of financial statements, spreadsheets, ratios, and concepts 5-10 years working experience in credit management, financial services or investment field, Excellent modelling, writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Strategically minded, previous management level experience required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred. Qualification in financial field will be an added advantage. Job Title: Business Development Manager (Financial Services) Duties / Responsibilities - Grow the existing fixed investment portfolio in line with the company’s objectives - Identify, develop and cultivate relationships with customers within the company’s target market - Prepare sales pitches, presentation and other documents while driving engagement and closing sales. - Ensure compliance with related policies especially KYC policy - Build and manage a team of Business Development Associates - Recommend products and services to improve client experience and retention - Analyse industry trends with attention to competitors - Prepare call memos and client engagement reports Key Performance Indicator: • Risk Assets • Team efficiency • Growth in active customers • Customer Satisfaction Index Job Requirement Target driven and performance/result oriented BA / BSC Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent skills or education MBA / M.Sc is an added advantage 5+ years of experience in business development handling multiple accounts Customer-focused and Passionate for client success at all times.
