Hi all.There is no receive via bluetooth option on ma BB and as a result I cannot receive media files on my BB.Does any one have an idea on how best to fix this.Thanks

Blackberry bluetooth option is a bit complicated to use. Once you switch on bluetooth on both devices, you will have to make use of your menu button to receive and send files.

Of course I know that.I have been usin a curve before I bought d torch I'm usin now and I know how to transfer files.I mean even when u pair both devices and put on d Bluetooth when u click on options and about to receive a file,d " receive via bluetooth" option doesn't come up.its missin entirely.

If that is the case, if you tried a firmware update ?

For the Torch,just activate the blutooth and transfer files after pairing with the other device.It doesn't require the "receive bluetooth" option like the other crapberries.
