SAVING OUR LAND FROM THE FULANI CALIPHATE AGENDA MEANS TO DELEGITIMIZE THE 1999 CONSTITUTION BY ENFORCING THE VICTORY OF THE CFM

(CFM = Constitutional Force Majeure)

For the NINAS Territory, ie South and Middle Belt, complete DELEGITIMIZATION of the 1999 Constitution is the only viable remedy on the Table right now, against the unfolding catastrophe of Fulani conquest invasion. We must see to it that there is the immediate ENFORCEMENT of the Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM), to immediately make the presence of the Fulani, in and out of uniform, ILLEGITIMATE and UNTENABLE (unjustifiable) throughout the NINAS Territory, until the Union Dispute raised by that CFM is resolved by REFERENDUMS.

Faster than any other mechanism, it is also this enforcement that will IMMEDIATELY activate the armed Self-Defence component of the inalienable right to Self-Determination.

Enforcement means:
Suspend Elections 2023 in the NINAS Territory and go to transition (Transitional Government). That means halting preparations for those elections and not allowing any political party, any politician, any NGO/CSO, any cultural, traditional or religious leader, any news media, or any influencer to push your Ethnic Nation to Elections 2023 under the illegitimate 1999 Constitution: Whether by promoting those Elections, by promoting any candidate, or by urging you to get your PVC, etc.
