It doesn't work the way you think.
A Party or Candidate need to win 2/3 majority of votes spread across all the geographical zones before being declared a winner in a presidential election in Nigeria. Otherwise, the election will be declared inconclusive.

So SE votes alone cannot make Obi president, he needs every Abokis, Fulanis, Afonjas, Nupes and all minority tried to become the president
