APC Primaries: Umeoji Emerges Candidate For Anambra South Senatorial District.

Two term House of Representatives member and former Governor Aspirant, Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji, KSJI has emerged the Candidate of the All Progressives Congress Party-APC, for Anambra South Senatorial District ahead of 2023 General election.

The primary which held today 28th Day of May, 2022 at Ekwulobia Township Stadium in Aguata Local Government Area had the lawmaker Representing Aguata Federal Constituency at the Lower Chambers of the National Assembly emerge winner after scoring majority vote in the primary election.

He was subsequently retuned elected by the Retuning Officer in the presence of party delegates, INEC officials and APC primary election delegation for Anambra South, to fly the flag of the APC as Senatorial Candidate in the 2023 General election.

Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji KSJI whose name is synonymous to quality Representation, having performed exceptionally at the Green Chambers in 2007 - 2011 and 2019 till present.

Umeoji has through his robust Representation and engagement, attract numerous infrastructural development and economic empowerment to his primary constituents of Aguata Constituency.

The self-styled politician and Business mogul has continued to change the narratives in political leadership with his politics of economic and infrastructural investment, empowerment and development.

The lawmaker and former Governor Aspirant shortly after been declared winner of the primaries, commended the INEC team and APC delegation for the credible and rancor free exercise which he said has remained the hallmark of the All Progressives Congress party in the State and Nationwide.

Umeoji noted that so far, only the APC had conducted true and sincere primaries across the State and the Federation maintaining that the party has continued to show traits of Democracy.

He hailed the National leadership of the party led by Senator Abdullahi Adamu and urged for Ndi Igbo to key in to the vision of APC to build a better Nigeria based on fairness, equity and justices to protect our nascent Democracy.

Umeoji called for the support of Nigerian President of Igbo extraction in 2023 and urged the party to ensure fair process of electing the next Presidential Candidate of the party, while making case for an Igbo Aspirant to be considered.

Anambra South constituents across party line have begun declaring support for Hon. Umeoji as groups shall in coming weeks adopt him as Consensus Candidate over PDP, APGA and YPP for Anambra South.
