And the Next Level Began

At 10.40am today, May 29, 2019, President Buhari took the Oath of Office for a second and final Term as President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Blessing or setback to Nigeria?

Did he uphold and defend the Constitution?

His body language and silence on serious national issues has been interpreted in different ways.

He will go down in history as the most trabalistic and clueless president that made Nigeria the poverty capital of the world with widespread corruption and ethno- religious conflicts

Social polarization has become worse under him with the entrenchment of nepotism and marginalisation

I can't forgive myself for voting him in 2015

See how they are already wasting a whole year preparing for another election, same way he spent a whole year campaigning for second term, and when they get elected, they will still spend a whole year celebrating and doing nothing. They only work for 2 years, and in those 2 years, what do we get peanuts.

Nigerians don't disappoint, we are watching how you people hail them, sometimes I wonder if this people hypnotized us.

Good Luck Jonathan made that day possible embarassed embarassed. PMB had been a serial candidate before that day and would have continued being a serial candidate if and only if GEJ had provided good leadership for the Nigerian people, the same group of people that voted GEJ in in 2012 were also the ones who voted PMB in in 2015.

Definitely not a day Nigerians will celebrate.

I understand those who voted him 2015 as they probably didn't do thier home work and study his precedence or was too blinded by hate for Jonathan not to see that Pa Bu wasn't exactly a brilliant or charismatic technocratic leader and that he had nothing much to offer.

But those who went on to vote him again in 2019, what exactly were they thinking? Even after they saw he failed woefully in his first 4 snail paced years. What was thier genuine reason for pushing him back ontop the heads of Nigerians? It's mind boggling.

I feel so bad I once believed in this failure.

I was one of the people who campaigned for him and also defended him.

I saw how clueless he was after his first tenure.
