It is not. There was parallel congress by dissidents which was not recognized by the national body of APC and INEC.

That was a Kinetic comedy to embarrass &drag the Professor Senator Ben in political mulky waters in which their attempt has hit a Quantum brick with a crystal clear that he did not take part in the sham senatorial primaries held in Ogoja, a town in Northern Cross River State.

His Excellency, as a matter of fact is busy strategizing how he's gonna upset APC gladiators to clinch the sole presidential ticket, so he can present a Ballistic Blueprints & budget that will shot Nigeria off the poverty line and insecurity.

This dullard thinks we are fools. His principal truly lost the senatorial election as a result of his misrule in the state. He will become political irrelevance at the end of next yr's election.

He did not participate. This is the result of the authentic primaries, which his COS won. Some mischief makers clearly sponsored by opposition just wanted to denigrate him.
