Good morning ladies and gentlemen( most especially, the lawyers in the house)
So lemme go straight to the point....
So sometime I 2020 or 2021(I think) a placed a bet of 300# on sportybet and won 5000#. And as soon as I made the winning, I withdrew the money and after withdrawing the money I was told the the withdrawal was pending (which was unusual because they usually credit my account immediately) but I decided to wait.. After waiting for like a whole day, I went back to check the status of my withdrawal, only to find out that the withdrawal was to be processed in three working days for God knows why. I was really annoyed because I was Damn book at the time but I had no option than to wait..... To cut the long story short, as at today, it's been nearly two years and I still haven't been credited ( because the withdrawal is still under review blablabla)..

So guys I was wondering if there is a way I can sue these guys to court because mehn this country is not smiling and I plan on sueing them for 100 million naira in damages grin because the money these people have chop from me in this life don reach to build house and the most annoying part is that when you want to deposit, the will not waist even a second to debit you but when you win like this and try to withdraw, the time they waist in crediting your account will have you praying they don't hang your money...

So guys please help me with answers and if there are any lawyers in the house that can help me so that we can both cash out the 100 million, (hopefully) please indicate...

MODS please be kind enough to help me push this to front page

Modified: ok so I later check it again today after a long time they have actually bounced the money back to my sportybet account but a refusing to allow me withdraw.. the transaction was even made in 2019 not 2020 sef

I've contacted them they asked me if I run different sportybet account or use one atm card for different accounts, I said yes to two of them... Them they told me to go submit some documents on their website (which I have done even before they reversed the money back to my sportybet account) now they are telling me I can't make withdrawal.. their plan is for me to bet with that money so that I can lose it grin but I won't touch that money.....

Why didn't they block my other accounts?
Don't mind that Three business days you see there ohhhh it has been like that since God knows when.

Check their T&C having more than one betting account on a sportsbook is against their terms and conditions which, you accepted when signing up. I had a similar issue with bet9ja, I had to close one of the accounts, and the fund in it was transferred to the other account. They asked me to roll over the funds on a 2 odds game before I can withdraw my money.

You are even lucky that the money is still in your betting account if it was a shady bookie like 1xbet, or bet365naija your account would be closed by now and your funds confiscated.

Neither 1xbet, nor bet365naija are not shady companies. I've used both of them. The main point is to follow T&C

It is either you are a newbie in betting or an affiliate agent for 1xbet. Only a shady bookie will settle a game score different from that of FIFA scores not 1,2, but on 3 occasions. A simple google search about those bookies will save you and me the stress okay?
