WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL CHRISTIAN MEETING?

That a meeting was successful is not how much offering was raised.

It is:

How many souls were saved.

How many understood the Bible more clearly.

Bodies healed.

Demons cast out/ people delivered.

There are Bible frameworks for measuring a successful meeting.

Ministry is not a profit and loss account neither debit and credit.

According to God's word (Bible) you are wrong!

There was nothing called CHRISTIANS before the coming of Jesus of Nazareth so it was his teachings that led to the formation of a group known as "CHRISTIANS" due to their activities in an ancient city called Antioch! Act 11:26

So back to your question:

What makes a SUCCESSFUL Christian meeting?

Jesus said he who is known as "CHRIST" is like a tree planted by God {John 15:1} his disciples are the branches! John 15:5

In another instance Jesus likens pure worship to a tree that produces a unique kind of fruit that no other tree (false religions) can produce! Matthew 7:16-18

So how do we IDENTIFY the true Christian group today?

Note that the Bible talked about two different aspects of a tree: GIFTS and FRUIT
A tree may have GIFTS that is similar to what other trees possesses like:
© Huge leaves under which we can get cool breeze during a sunny day.
© Fragrance that's sweet.
© Leaves and roots good for healing.
© Big stem that can withstand a windstorm.
© Strong branches where children can play.
And many more GIFTS
But it can only produce one kind of FRUIT!
That's why the Bible talked about GIFTS of the Spirit {1Corinthians 12:1} and FRUIT of the spirit! Galatians 5:22-23

Note the use of plural when taking about GIFTS but singular referring to FRUIT.

So there are many as in lots of false religions having the same kind of GIFTS like Christianity but they can never produce the same FRUIT like Christianity, that's why Jesus Christ said:

“Be on the watch for the false prophets who come to you in sheep’s covering, but inside they are ravenous wolves. By their fruits you will recognize them. Never do people gather grapes from thorns or figs from thistles, do they" Matthew 7:15-16

So each religion can only produce the FRUIT of it's kind they can't produce what Christianity will produce. Matthew 7:16-18

The reason is because it's not angels that will practice this religions but imperfect humans so if God's Holy Spirit is not in their meetings they will only produce the WORKS of FLESH which truly are {Galatians 5:19-21} but if God's Holy Spirit is in their midst representing Jesus of Nazareth {Matthew 18:20} then you will begin to notice the FRUIT of the spirit in the meetings of imperfection humans! Galatians 5:22-23

That's the only way to IDENTIFY a true Christian meeting.
