Once you make payment and become a tenant, you immediately realise that you've been scammed.

Rent and service charge is increased almost regularly

Generator power you paid for, you will almost not see it.

Once you complain, you are kicked out of the group chat and given quit notice without any refunds.

The manager is proud and doesn't care about anyone other than her business - an event center she runs inside the compound at the detriment of the tenants - due to noise from the parties and attendees.
