Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the answer. The only governor that consistently challenged the federal powers in his era as governor. The man who took the FG to court and made sure he created LCDAs to make government closer to people which is what many states copied now. A forward thinker

Be reminded that still, the LCDA's are still not recognized and not Listed in the Federal constitution. Nigeria still remains 774LGAs.

LCDA's are often perceived at some quarters as projects of partisan politics of the state governments that created them.

I love the way some northern leaders are passing a very strong message to the president. Ganduje has left Kano state to be following Tinubu around. Now, the governorship candidate of Katsina state has joined the train. I’m sure the governor of Katsina who anointed Umar Dikko Rada is behind this move. Kano and Katsina are very key states for APC and I’m sure the message can’t be ignored.

Ogun is actually Tinubu's ancestral state. Bola Ahmed Tinubu's grandmother Iyalode Efunroye Tinubu is from Ogun State. So, in summary Judas Osinbajo has no home base.
