Job Description
We are currently looking for dedicated and hard-working staff to fill in the position of a loan collection officers, which duties are contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

Negotiating suitable payment plans. Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.

Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc
Applicant with O’level with good communication skills and computer literate are also open to apply as it will be great added value.
0 – 1 year of work experience.
Good communication skills and positive drive towards
Recovery is done over the phone
Excellent verbal communication
Nice grooming & dress sense
