Some days ago I was chatting idly with my fiancé when we got talking about the heights of footballers. We went back and forth about who was taller between Benzema and his former teammate Ronaldo as their official heights on Wikipedia aren’t that far in comparison but Ronaldo appears much taller in reality. We argued for a bit, my man was very sure Ronaldo was way taller than Benzema but I wasn’t having it and decided to do some investigation myself and go through pictures of former Real Madrid line up. The result was hilarious. It appears Ronaldo stands on his toes for pictures to look taller than his teammates. Has anyone else noticed this? Why do you think he does it?
