JOB DESCRIPTION

Stitches By Lameen is seeking a self-motivated and people-oriented female manager to oversee the daily operation of our fashion brand and outlet. The ideal candidate will be both passionate and avid in the fashion and retail world, with experience and existing relationships in this field. She must be social media savvy and have a solid knowledge of fashion

JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

The Fashion House Manager will report directly to the Managing Director

Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise

Supervise and work with a team of tailors and stylists

Supervise quality assurance

Must have an eye for details and be fashionable

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Complete outlet administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandising standards

Marketing products and services to walk-in customers

Greeting clients, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service

Following up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients promptly

Ensure that the production of fashion pieces are in line with company standards

Managing the production of fashion pieces and ensuring that all pieces are produced timely

Deliver the highest level of professional service to customers

Recording daily sales, receiving and follow up on payment of all client orders

Build processes that meet our business objective and ensure compliance

Managing point-of-sale processes

Keeping up to date with product information

Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability

Following all company's policies and procedures.






REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualification of an OND/HND/B.Sc/BA

Required experience is 3 – 5 years

Passion for fashion combined with good customer service skills

Highly computer literate and the capacity to train

Must pay attention to detail

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Confidentiality and discretion are a MUST.

Sound judgement and instinct to know what on-brand is.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and with a can-do attitude.




Salary: N60,000 - 100,000/month.
