Job Role: Control Room Call Centre Officer

Location: Abuja

Requirements:
 The candidate shall be an OND/HND/B.Sc holder.
 Must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of MS Office and MS Excel applications.
 The clarity in communication and technical proficiency
 He/she must be patient/empathy
 He/ she takes calls from prospective clients
 Respond to emergencies calls from clients and guards
 Proper etiquette and able to convey instruction in a way clients understand.
 Obtaining information from all relevant sources
 Handling complaints and profiling solutions
 Collating and coordinating monthly updates for onward submission to Account payable
 Answering questions relating to operations and BDU
 He/she oversees the documentation of all guards and guarantors
 Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients and staff
 Call locations to get firsthand information from the client/guards
