I walked into an MTN outlet or office rather to retrieve my lost sim which I misplaced somewhere i don’t even remember, only for the attendee to tell me my face does match the face his seeing on his system ,a sim I registered my self 5 years ago and took a passport selfie with their system , I told him to retry and check , I even gave him my NIN , he said my details matched but my face does not match the picture on my sim’s profile and there’s nothing he can do about it ,I ask to see the picture on my sim profile , he said it’s confidential that he can’t show me. Pls has anyone encountered such before ? I really need my sim back |
