About: forher organisation is an initiative whose primary objective is curbing the impending issues of illiteracy and poverty confronting the girl child in Nigeria, especially in the rural areas, using education and skills as its key apparatus.

Key duties and Responsibilities:
● Enhance the corporate reputation of the organisation.
● Undertake research for potentials partners and sponsors towards promoting organisations goals.
● In collaboration with staff and team members, support programme planning and management.
● Participate in organizations programmes and activities on site.
● Write organisations proposals and applications for grants.
● Research, plan and implement an annual plan of corporate communications activity - to include regular e-newsletter from the chief executive; an annual review; in-house magazines, articles, press releases, news/blog, case studies and updates to our website.
● Collaborate with the brand strategist to develop dynamic digital content to raise awareness of the organisation's programmes.
● Proactively and consistently identify media opportunities that will generate impact and awareness of the organisation’s activities.
● Prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Excellent reporting skills.
● Strong messaging and copy development skills
● Trained visual eye, impeccable taste level, fluent in creative feedback.
● Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
● Excellent team working ability.
● Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office.

Qualifications & Experience:
● BSC/Diploma or any professional certificate where relevant.
● Knowledge of Public Relations, Marketing Media, Communications, Promotion, Branding.
● At least 1 year working with NGOs in similar role
