I've heard so much about how good AliExpress is and how things are cheap there so I decided to create an account yesterday, I signed in using my email address. Since I created the account I've not been able to do anything with the app, I can't claim free coupons, place orders, nothing at all, instead I keep getting this pop up message, (image attached below) whenever I try to claim coupons and they also cancel my orders due to the security problems.

Who can help me rectify this issue pls, I can't even access their customer support team for help.

you can't claim coupons. Try login in via browser and place orders. What errors do you get when placing order?

I've done that but it keeps directing me to the app, I have the app installed in my phone.

uninstall the app then do it via web
