sure. What you avoid are very rough stuffs, like soaking garri itself, apple,limit corn intake, garden egg,caffeine, ibuprofen tabs... Any pain relief that has diclofenac potassium written on d pack, Please avoid. In return, try and take prepared pap, milk, yughort and their semblances to seal up and make cover for the rough parts of the stomach, which cause the ulcer

They treat ulcer very well.
