Pls,if GE shortlist an individual for the GE Africa Early Career Development Program. Cos i read someones post on a particular forum that he has been shortlisted does that indicate permanent employment? Thanks |

To be shortlisted means to advance to the next stage. It is not a permanent placement. This is just the preliminary screening. |

@ poster, I was also shortlisted. But they said its only a stage out of the screening processes. |
