A new fintech is onboarding field agent that will go into various neighbourhood and collect cash from their customers and pay into their bank account.

The model has been designed as a walking (mobile) P.O.S agent and commission will be paid for every transaction carried out by the field agent.

It is expected that each field agent transact in neighbourhood closest to them. All field agent are to begin with a 3 month probation period. During this said period the company will pay 1,500 for data bonus and 5,000 for productive bonus.

After the probation period it is expected that each officer can generate enough income to cover their monthly expenses and provide a side income for themselves availing the company to continue in their bonus package.

The job is more like a freelance partnership where by field agents are working for themselves and we are creating an incentive to make the work more fun.
