Genius100:
One of those present took the satire to some level by comparing Jonathan to the ‘performance’ of the former Governor of Anambra, Peter Obi. He noted that while Obi gloated about ‘savings’, there is no signature project to remember his regime except that his regime took the first position among all states in Nigeria in the democratization of poverty—- mass impoverishment of the people of Anambra. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, poverty rose under his watch in Anambra from 20% in 2004 (lowest in Nigeria then) to 68% in 2010 (a 238% deterioration!).

Our friend likened it to a father who had no idea of what to do with his resources and was celebrating his fat bank account while his children were dying of kwashiorkor. He pointed out that since it is the likes of Peter Obi who are the advisers to Jonathan on how to manage the economy (thereby confusing micromanagement which you do as a trader with macro governance) it is little wonder that poverty is fast becoming another name for Nigeria. It was a very hilarious evening.

Peter Obi is not competent. He’s just a good story teller. He was special adviser to GEJ on finance and we all saw what happened. He was deputy director general for GEJ’s reelection, GEJ lost.

He did a worse job than his predecessors and successors in raising Anambra’s IGR. He has no signature infrastructure project. He did nothing about erosion ravaging Anambra. He kept state funds in Fidelity bank where he has significant interests while the masses were suffering. He cheated Nigeria on taxes by lodging his funds offshore and putting them in his kid’s names.

That’s why when we ask for his achievements, we are shown a video clip of him telling stories.

The difference between Tinubu supporters and Obi supporters is that the former are paid but the latter are spending on Peter Obi's campaign for free. Dear BMC crew una go tire for this election. If you like make una say Peter Obi imported all the mosquitoes into Nigeria, we will still vote him.

cool

Kindly Note ;

Charles Soludo is a Professor of Economics and a former CBN Governor

Peter Obi is a Philosophy Graduate with highest qualification as Bachelor's in Philosophy,

I will confidently say it anywhere, only idiots that can't make simple background checks or do a simple research would fall for Pandora Obis ridiculous Campaign of emptiness

For a guy who claims he developed Anambra yet lives at Osbourne Towers Ikoyi, ?!

A guy who claim to save Anambra allocation in a bank he once managed yet refused to pay essential workers like Doctors for 13 months?!

A guy who would rather invest in Abuja , Lagos and Portharcourt building Next Malls, but never dim it fit to build anything in Anambra

So before you join the band wagon effect of online idiots, research Anambra based on Infrastructure, GDP , GDP/Per Capital, Human Development Indexes, Debt to GDP,

.
stop fooling your self
Obi never lived in lagos

He lived In onitsha
Go and verify

Peter Obi’s gift is telling stories. He is actually now coming across as a pathological liar. Lies after lies. He claimed he left N75 billion, the handover note says N81 billion but Obiano disputes all these figures. From the handover note, he combines investments with cash in his bid to deceive folks. He will be exposed.

That was politics. I'm happy he said Obi left fat bank account. He didn't steal. This was the same Soludo then that attacked the credentials of Ngozi Okonjo Iweala. We know all those things. We need someone who can help us manage the scarce resources we have now. Obi fits the bill.

My brother, this election will come and go. Suffering does not spare any tribe, region or religion..

Also success knows no tribe , region or religion. That your tribes man or person of same region/religion is the president is not a guarantee for a successful life. Its obeying the laws of success.

The president may come from ones village, tribe, region, same religion and the person will live, suffer and die unfulfilled/in poverty. Also leaving his/her children in sorrow and pains.

Wetin you gain for all these lies and propaganda!!!!!

Meanwhile God bless you, honour you and open your eyes to see.
