Most interesting, to even think that he once was a governor in Anambra, one of the states in the East where he must have expended WATER and not money to become victorious then. The question would therefore be. Was he new to the Nigerian political scene and its game about party politicking and political engineering for any office in the Nigeria, including outside politics?
