JOB TITLE/ POST: LEGAL/COMPLIANCE OFFICER
LOCATION: Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree in Law.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
1. Minimum of 3 years post call.
2. Applicant must have proven work experience as a legal Officer, compliance counsel or similar role with Knowledge in drafting, corporate practice, Case management and litigation skills
3. Extensive knowledge of Publishing industry policies and corporate practices.
4. Applicant must be versed in monitoring and/or advising on all legal matters, publishing and copyright contracts, and agreements.
5. Applicant must be willing to work under pressure and have strong interpersonal skills.
6. Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association is required.
7. MUST be resident in Ibadan.
