Our client is a full-service furniture manufacturing company and specialise in designing and manufacturing furniture for all kinds of spaces – business, educational and residential projects and catering for various product categories, with unique designs and affordable prices.
They are seeking a commercial individual with experience in Digital marketing and the running of an E-Commerce platform, to take control of the day-to-day management of the business operations, and lead the business forward.

Responsibilities:
• To manage all E-Commerce channels and grow ecommerce business in Nigeria.
• Managing the company’s E-commerce operations to maximize commercial performance while offering a seamless online customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales Target in order for revenue growth to be achieved
• Own the Ecommerce P&L and performance vs. budget, including full trading responsibility for the website
• Develop and implement the digital/ecommerce strategy to drive growth through creative storytelling, digital calendar planning and best in class customer experience
• Analyse and report on ecommerce KPIs and ensure insights drive action
• Deliver traffic growth, optimising ROI, ROAS and CLTV
• Management and performance of direct team and external partners
• Identifies areas of underperformance and develops strategies to improve.
• Implements and utilizes analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Maximizes search engine traffic and measures/monitors results from the company’s targeted advertisement purchases.
Job Requirement:
• A background in Ecommerce environment is essential (ideally a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience gained in a similar position)
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Ads campaigns, Digital marketing strategies, E-commerce frameworks, Website Design, online retailing, inventory, and stock management.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious KPIs
• University level qualification (or equivalent) within business and/or marketing
• Experience or knowledge of the market, competition, distribution and clients would be an advantage
• A relationship builder with excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Highly skilled in Content Management and digital marketing


Salary and Benefits
• N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly Net and other benefits ( Data, HMO etc)
