Job Title: Surveyor
Educational Qualification: BSc in Estate Management
Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years related experience
Location: Abuja (RESIDENT /WILLING TO RLOCATE

Role Objective: We are looking for an analytical surveyor to conduct land surveys and perform mathematical calculations with a high level of accuracy. Your measurements and calculations will be used for various construction and engineering projects in order to aid the decision-making and design process.

Detailed Description
• Location and identification of vacant.
• Update the property register and open file for individual Landlords.
• Securing written instructions on lettable properties from their property owners.
• Write a report of sourcing activities.
• Send a proposal and follow up to obtain Letting instruction.
• Visit the property and write inception report where necessary.
• Send acceptance of instruction letter.
• Transfer file to Letting Department on completion.
• Ensuring that at every point in time there is a solid stock of lettable properties in the subject area/branch.
• Monitoring the property market and keep updated with trends.
• Offering professional advice to the Clients on how to make the properties more attractive to prospective tenants as well as achieving the maximum benefit/ use of the property.
• Visit the site with Letting Officer.
• Any other assignment as may be assigned from time to time.

Required Skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
