Man shall not live by bread alone, but by EVERY WORD that proceeds OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.
Matthew 4 : 4

For food to be beneficial to you for sustenance and maintenance; you need to eat it, digest it, and absorb.

Likewise, the word of God;
You need to process it and absorb.
That's just what meditation does.

We meditate all the time.
We process stuffs in our mind and absorb them into our spirit all the time.
It's just that we do it with the wrong things.
Rather than with the right things.

The same process you go through that gets you influenced by that godless social media influencer, it's just that same way you do get influenced by the things of God,also.

Every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God, it says.
When an aspect of the word is lacking in you, it shows.

Counsel?
Go eat and absorb into your spirit the good word of God that addresses that aspect of your life that needs help.
And be patient with it.

JAMES 1 : 21,22.
LUKE 8 : 15
