Edo State Governor, the State Attorney General and Edo State Government have jointly been dragged to the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Benin City jurisdiction over their suspension of activities of staff unions in all state-owed tertiary institutions, with particular reference to ASUU. See details in the originating summons filed at the National Industrial Court (NIC), Benin City dated 14/6/2022.
