This is grossly inadequate. Taking which due canonical process? Tell us the sanctions being meted out on Mbaka or keep your memo to yourselves till then. Mbaka cannot continue rubbishing the image of the catholic church, and Archbishop Onaga continues to treat his matter with kid gloves. Send him to Rome on a retreat for 4 years. The Catholic Dioceses of Engugu appears the most DISINGENOUS and HYPOCRITE at the same time. CATHOLIC CHURCH AND HER PRIESTS HVE MADE POLITICAL STATEMENTS THAT CONDEMNS VARIOUS GOVERNMENTS AT VARIOUS TIMES. Arch. Bishop Olubunmi Okogie, Rev Fr. Matthew Kukah and Bishop Onaikan have engaged in political tussle with different governments and castigated, including condemned them at different times. AS A MATTER OF FACT, BOTH Okogie AND Onaikan HAVE SHARED THE CAN AT DIFFERENT TIMES AND STILL DO. CAN WAS TURNED INTO A PRESSURE GROUP FROM WHERE MEN OF THE PULPIT LAUNCH AND ATTACK GOVERNMENTS OF THE DAY. The Catholic Dioceses of Enugu should spare us the sanctimonious MISREPRESENTATION about priests in POLITICS. It is a bold face LIE. I CANNOT FATHOM BOLD FACE LIARS IN CASSOCKS INSULTING OUR SENSIBILITIES TO OUR FACES. THEY SHOULD STAY IN THEIR LANES, MIND THEIR SHEEPISH CONGREGATION AND STAY OUT OF PARTISAN POLITICS FOR THE GOOD OF THE VINEYARD. |

As a Catholic I was so ashamed of Mr Mbaka. He should be thoroughly sanctioned, the APC priest is a stain on Catholic Church. Peter Obi is not stingy, he's just prudent when it comes to spending.
