All these xiaomi fans, you guys should rather advise us to buy the mi series rather than this redmi series sef.

The flaws I talked about are; camera, display and battery life... Boss we both know u can know about these things in less than an hour.

I neva talked about faults, na u know where u see that one.

I didn't say the phone has fault, I'm just not impressed that a Samsung phone within 130k-150k (Samsung a51) outclassed it in those 3 areas I mentioned above. My giving it to my sis no be dash ooo, na for sale. Ladies like camera a lot, and since she has been with something better, she feels this one underperforms.

Return the phone back to where you bought it from and look for a xaomi shop to get a Redmi note 10pro.

what you bought is not Redmi note 10pro because funny enough i am using both that samsung and Redmi note 10, though, the samsung is a bit better in most aspect, but the flaws you wrote here is clearly not a redmi note pro, not even a xaomi product

I use Xiaomi note 10 Pro 8gb 128gb and it's a top-notch device.

The only issue I have had with the phone is the proximity sensor not working properly, like when listening to WhatsApp voice notes and calls, the screen blacksout irregularly.. it uses the fromt camera for proximity and not the normal Infrared sensor.

This device is very fast, charges fast and lasts long on heavy usage, and it doesn't heat up too.

The camera quality is good too, has a twin speaker with hifi sound production.

Got mine 158k like 6 months ago without the hand band it comes with.

I am not a Xiaomi agent, just listing my observation.

From what is shown here, it's obvious you ordered for redmi 10 pro thinking it's would be same as iPhone 13,the fault is not from Xiaomi but you that failed to examine the product from verified buyers, next time you are getting a product ask questions and equally research e lot before buying it.. Again since its not up to 7 days return the phone to jumia.
